Dark Bay Registered Budenny Filly

          Born August 13th, 2009 Kometa is by Kaled (Kabotag X Dekada) and out of Super Carr (Key to the Carr X Super Orphan). She is registered with the All-Russian Institute of Horse Breeding as a "High Blood Budenny", VNIIK #Pending. She is a lovely dark chocolate bay with an upside down crescent moon-shaped star, right and left hind socks, and right and left front white coronet markings.
          Kometa is our most recent acquisition. She was born under a record display of shooting stars, thus her name, which is Russian for "comet". We have big hopes for this filly in the sport arena; she is sweet and docile in temperament, and has a trot that is to die for! Her conformation is very balanced and her movement at all gaits is floaty and fantastic. We will be gearing her towards a career in dressage.
